Omnisys provides solutions for the three Brazilian Armed Forces and has a wide range of defense and security products and services.
Highlights include the Electronic Warfare Support Measurement System (MAGE ET/SLR-1), a device with proven record of accomplishment of success, designed by the Navy Research Institute (IPqM) and manufactured by Omnisys. This system, which equips several Brazilian Navy ships, features high availability, modularity and data storage capacity (ELINT).

Developed entirely by Omnisys, Seeker is employed in surface anti-ship missiles and features state-of-the-art algorithms and signal processing to provide excellent steering performance even in high marine clutter scenarios.

The company at its underwater acoustics center of excellence manufactures the high-performance Kingklip sonar.

In the air defense segment, Omnisys manufactures the NG version of the LP23SST radar. This radar has altimetry capability and aggregates electronic warfare functions, as well as outstanding performance in detecting high maneuverability (fighter) or low speed (helicopter) aircrafts.

MAGE ET/SLR-1 - Electronic Warfare Support Measurement

MAGE ET/SLR-1 (Defensor) contributes to the tactical recognition of radar emitters in a given electromagnetic environment. This system has the function of intercepting transmitter radiation, locating its marking, recording the arrival time and measuring its parameters (Frequency, Intrapulse Modulation Presence, Pulse Width and Amplitude), separating them into groups associated with a particular radar. The equipment classifies the type and mode of operation of the radar involved and the likely associated platform according to an Emitter Library.

MAGE Defensor equipment, developed by IPqM and manufactured by Omnisys, is installed on several Brazilian Navy ships.

Auto Director Radar for Anti-Ship Missiles (Seeker)

The Auto Director Radar (Seeker) is used in flight profile anti-ship missiles near the waterline. The Seeker designed to be launched from ships, performs target search and tracking as well as electronic countermeasures handling, enabling the missile to perform home on jamming actions.

Standalone, radar can be used on fire and forget missiles. It has a digital interface with the missile control system through which it receives the target search area configuration and returns its operating state and relative missile position relative to the detected target.

The AD40 X-Band Auto Director Radar developed by Omnisys equips the Brazilian Navy surface anti-ship missiles (MANSUP).

Rudder Machine Control System (SCML)

The Rudder Machine Control System (SCML) controls the rudder hydraulic systems through electric actuators without mechanical linkage between the Rudder Machine and the Command Station, also providing information related to their operating conditions for the ship steering system control.

The two rudder machine power units can operate simultaneously, ensuring operability and navigability even in malfunction situations on one line.
The solution developed by Omnisys equips the Corvette Barroso of the Brazilian Navy.

Kingklip Sonar

Kingklip is a high performance underwater warfare sonar, escort of high value units, allows tracking of targets and self-protection of navy ships such as frigates. The Kingklip sonar has a long detection range in all environmental conditions, as well as a permanent torpedo alert function and complementary capability for detecting obstacles and underwater mines.

Omnisys at its Underwater Acoustics Center of Excellence manufacture Kingklip sonar.

Radar LP23SST NG

The LP23SST is a primary long-range radar for surveillance and airspace control. In its NG version this radar incorporates the altimetry capability which, combined with distance and azimuth measurements, makes it a three-dimensional radar. The LP23SST NG incorporate military electronic warfare functions utilizing electronic countermeasure techniques that map the electromagnetic environment around the radar and protect it from interference and radio attacks.

In addition, radar data processing enables it to detect very fast and maneuverable targets such as fighter aircraft and very slow or airborne targets such as helicopters.

The LP23SST NG radars manufactured by Omnisys are installed at various sites of the Brazilian Airspace Control System (SISCEA), under the responsibility of the Brazilian Air Force.

Electromagnetic Spectrum Monitoring System (SIMO)

SIMO is a radio frequency detection and monitoring system that covers the frequency bands from 400 MHz to 40GHz, operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, providing interference detection in critical areas as well as determining direction of arrival, frequency and amplitude of interference.

Omnisys has developed and provided such a system to equip the Alcantara Launch Center allowing real-time monitoring of all electromagnetic signals during the center's rocket launch missions.

This system has multiple defense and security applications allowing users to detect and fully understand the characteristics of any electromagnetic signal present in the operating environment.
